- For the psychiatrists, neuropsychiatrists and neurologists:  3 EUR (maintenance of the provisional increase clinician, 2.70 EUR).

By dispensation, the doctors of the sector to different honorary will be able to quote the increase of coordination in the framework of delivered cares to the profitable ones of the supplementary CMU.
The doctors exercising the following specialties:
- dermatology;
- rhumatologie;
- endocrinology;
- psychiatry;
- neuropsychiatry;
- gynaecology;
- ophthalmology;
- internal medicine,

Will be able to quote this coordination increase as early as the 1st March 2005.   The doctors not exercising one of the listed specialties supra, as well as the nonspecialized doctors, will be able to quote this coordination increase at the time of set it operational up of the journey of coordinated cares, is as of 1st July 2005.
